Returns

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Fire Terminator purchase. Unopened and unused products may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be in original packaging and unused condition. Please contact us at info@fireterminator.co.nz to arrange a return. Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is faulty or damaged on arrival. Refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days of receiving the returned item.
